About the religion of feelings
The Religion of Feelings is new contemporary 'religion'. It's not a religion as we know religions to be. It has no structure, no hierachy, no one supposedly 'hearing the voice of God' to teach and reveal the truths. It has no, 'you must do this and not that or else God will punish you'. It does not project your parents onto God. It doesn't pretend to step in between you and God, and it doesn't pretend to know what God wants of you. It's on your side, not leading you further into your wrongness. It's about looking to your feelings for the way in life and not your mind. It's the truest way you can live spiritually.
The Religion of Feelings is only concerned with helping you understand how to live true to yourself. And true to yourself through your feelings. With the first step in this being Healing all that is unloving within you, so all that is loving can shine forth. It is about keeping away from, rejecting and ending, the control your mind has over you - over your feelings. All so you can live true your feelings, by feeling what is right and what is not right, by feeling how much you want to be true - living true to yourself, nature and God.
The Religion of Feelings is about empowering yourself through your feelings. It's for the person who wants to take their spiritual growth completely into their own hands, discovering where God wants them go, all through their own feelings. It will help you freely explore and uncover the truth of yourself, that being - who you really are, and doing it all through your feelings. It cuts out the controlling mind.
The Religion of Feelings has come about because people are fed up with being told how they are to have a relationship with God, and told by people who it's obvious don't know themselves. It is has been revealed so as to enable the individual to fully heal themselves of all the control they were subjected to through their forming years, to end the negative and unloving controlling patterns within themselves by uncovering the truth of themselves through their feelings.

The Religion of Feelings is based on loving yourself by accepting all your feelings, and most importantly, your bad ones.
You allow them to be, to have their say, and you use them to help you see the truth of yourself. This being done by expressing them, whilst longing to uncover the truth they want you to see.
The Religion of Feelings is NOT about trying to 'be loving', using your mind to make yourself be a more loving person.
It’s not about 'being nice' and doing 'good works' because you believe that is how you're meant to be 'good person'. It's not about being false, putting on a false front to hide your real feelings. It’s not about putting another person before yourself because you believe that is what you are meant to do.
It’s about being nice and loving to yourself by putting yourself first by NEVER denying one feeling. It's about putting your feelings first and not how you believe you are to be. It’s about uncovering the truth of yourself through your feelings. So if your feelings make you feel unloving, then you are unloving because that is what you are feeling. If your feelings make you loving, then you are loving because that is what you are feeling.
It is to use your feelings to bring out all the pain and denial you are in, and to see the truth of why you are as you are and why you are suffering. It is all about focusing on Healing yourself of all that’s wrong within you on all levels by looking to your feelings for their truth.
And once healed, then you will be truly loving because you will have expressed out of you all that was unloving.
You are ONLY sick because you are not expressing all you feel.
If you can express all you feel, including all you felt from conception but weren’t allowed to express right the way through your life up until now, then you’ll no longer be sick. And that might sound like too daunting a task, however it can be done; and furthermore, MUST be done if you ever want to be truly happy and loving, and be able to fully receive and give love.

It is understanding that all that’s wrong with you, all that makes you sick, all illness, unease, misery, sadness, fear - every bad feeling, all stems from your childhood, from conception right the way through your childhood to about twenty-one years old. With the first seven years, including the time in the womb, being the most crucial, they forming the foundations upon which the rest has come.
Your repressed childhood feelings will never leave you until you’ve expressed them out of yourself - and uncovered the truth of why you have them.
And so they will continue to make you feel bad, cause bad things to happen to you, make you ill.
Your system - your soul - wants to perfect you, so it will keep bringing about situations so as to make you feel certain feelings which you can use to go back into your early life helping you to discover the truth of yourself - which means, the truth of all that happened to you.
So you will understand in every part of your life, whether or not what happened to you was loving or unloving; whether it helped you to further express yourself or stopped you; whether it allowed you to fully express all your feelings or made you deny them.
It takes time and a lot of very hard work to fully heal yourself. It could take many years, even your whole life.
So it’s a commitment you make to yourself: to be more loving of yourself by allowing yourself to feel all you feel; to no longer deny any feelings; to use your feelings to help you see the truth of why you are denying them and how your mind has been made to control so much of yourself.
It’s to set yourself free of your mind’s control. It’s a waking up process to understand what happened to you through your early life to make you be the way you are. And to understand how and why you are not loving; and to bring to light all that pain, all those hidden bad feelings.
And when the truth comes, as it will in answer to your longing for it and really wanting it, it coming as you express what you’re feeling, then you’ll feel free of the inner prison you’ve been in.

It is understanding that a bad feeling now as an adult, for example you feel angry (and this applies to all your feelings, good and bad), is really just a trigger for the same angry feeling you felt as a young child. So by staying true to and with your anger, expressing all the rage and pain it makes you feel, whilst longing for its truth, you will find that you will naturally move back to when you were young reconnecting with all that happened back then to make you feel just as angry.
It’s understanding that you only feel angry now because you felt angry back then, and really you’ve not stopped feeling angry. Your anger as a child was not allowed to be expressed, you were stopped from letting it all come out, and so it’s still within you, you are still that angry little person from back then, and your adult anger now is coming up because it’s connecting with your buried childhood anger.
Your childhood anger is being triggered in your adult life, so it’s no use raging at who or what is making you angry - although that might need to happen as well as you emote and express your anger. It is understanding that the more of your anger you can bring out, just staying true to the anger and expressing all it makes you feel and want to say, and longing for the truth of how it connects back to your childhood, that eventually all your repressed childhood feelings will be expressed out of you.
And it's understanding that it's NOT about using your mind to try and fish for answers or find connections through your memories back in your childhood. It is to stay with your feelings, to keep expressing all your anger and to keep longing for the truth of it, and you’ll see that naturally you will be taken back to reconnect with your childhood anger. It all has to happen naturally and through and with your feelings.
It might be difficult to keep your mind out of it. If your mind has been heavily programmed to find the answers and solve the problems, then it will be tempting to use it to search your childhood memories trying to make yourself remember when your mother or father made you feel angry. But don’t do this, let the feeling-memories surface of their own accord and in their own time by themselves. Just keep expressing all you feel and how you feel about all you're feeling.
And when you've expressed out of you all the feelings you need to, then the truth will come up in you, suddenly you’ll understand, a picture will come into your mind and you’ll hear, see, remember and understand, even if it’s very vague and only a snippet of your experience with your parents or carers, who made you feel the same way you are now feeling.
And when you uncover the truth, when you know the truth of yourself through your feelings, when the truth of your feelings comes up in you and you understand what it's all about, then you are truly healing yourself - this being the doing of your Feeling-Healing.
